These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Gazeboard, operated by Fittir Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. By using Gazeboard, you agree to these Terms.
Gazeboard provides a web application and desktop application that allows you to configure and view analytics dashboards. The web app is used for configuration and account management. The desktop app displays your dashboards in your system menubar.
You must create an account to use Gazeboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information.
You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for the dashboard URLs you add to Gazeboard. We do not control or endorse the content displayed in your dashboards. You must have the right to access any URLs you configure.
Gazeboard offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@gazeboard.io if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase takes effect.
Gazeboard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fittir Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your dashboard configurations and data.
We strive to keep Gazeboard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Fittir Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of Gazeboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Gazeboard at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following account termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
